Maharishi Dayanand University was set up in 1976 by the legislalative Act of Haryana. The UGC has ranked this University B++ for its excellent academic and infrastructural developments. It has successfully conducted 77 different academics under its various departments. In addition, it also has 2 satellite campus situated at Rewari and Gurgoan.

Yearly, it enrolls around 45,000 students for various courses.

This University offers various courses which include:

• Certificate programs in foreign language

• UG Courses for L.L.B and various science streams

• PG course in guidance and counseling

• M.Phil and PhD in various streams

Along with the above it also offers distance learning with the few selected subjects such as:

• MCA (3yrs)

• MBA(3 yrs)

• MSc (2 yrs)

• APGDCA (1yr)

• BCA(3yr)

Along with it this University also offers Bed. This course is for those who are in-service in the schools of Haryana state. The candidate must have Graduation/post Graduation degree.

Fees: the course fee is Rs 40,000/- in 2 equal installments.

This university also offers Distance Learning Eructation in MBA, MCA, BCA, and BBA

Eligibility for the above courses:

For BCA courses the candidate must have passing certificate of 10+2 from any Board. It’s a  3 year course.

For MCA course which is 3 years course candidate must have  Bachelors Degree from any recognized Board

For MBA 2 year course the candidate must have Bachelor’s degree from recognized Board or must have passed from final examination which is conducted by Institute of Accountants of India or Institute of Company
