Visvesvaraya Technological University is among the top university in India offering technological courses in all the fields. Located in Karnataka, there are two campuses one in Belgaum and other in Muddenhalli. There are currently 144 colleges affiliated to it. University offers UG, PG and PhD programs. University is been recognized by UGC for its excellence in education.
Visvesvaraya Technological University offers PhD in field of Engineering, Science, Business and Computer Applications. Students are being offered all the knowledge in respected field in PhD level. University offers both full time/part time courses in PhD.
Eligibility for PhD Admission:
• Candidate who wants to take up PhD course in should have Master’s degree in respected area.
• Candidate should bring at least 55% in the master’s degree.
• Candidate need to appear for the entrance exam where students will be asked Master’s level questions. This entrance exam will be objective type multiple questions.
Admission Procedure for PhD level:
The application form for the PhD level can be obtained from all the affiliated colleges in Belgaum. The same can be obtained from the university counter by paying Rs 200/- through DD drawn under the favor of Finance officer, VTU, Belgaum. Apart from it form can also be obtained by downloading from www.vtu.ac.in
