FELLOW PROGRAMME IN MANAGEMENT (FPM)
Eligibility:
The maximum age limit is 45 year as on 1st July of the 1st year of the commencement of the academic year.
A Bachelors Degree with atleast 50 percent marks. Masters degree (minimum two years prescribed duration after 10+2+3 years of formal education) in relevant discipline (relevancy has to be decided by the IIFM) with at least 55% marks including Five year/Four year Integrated masters Degree programme in the Master’s degree and with good academic records.

4 year/8 Semester B.Tech/B.E with60% Marks or Equivalent OGPA.

Professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with atleast 55% marks.

For IIFM Graduates, who have done PGDFM and IIM graduates who have done PGDM, the minimum OGPA of 3.00 in 4.33 maximum scale, is required.
(OR)
For MRM Post graduates from IIFM, with 3.00 CGPA.
Note: For those qualifications where the above 4.33 scale is not available, the eligibility will be decided by the Equivalence Committee constituted by the Director, IIFM and its decision will be final.
Admission Procedure:
Selection of candidates through a two-stage process.
A. Screening test
Eligible candidates will be required to take the IIM CAT (scores of two years old with required cut off)
Alternatively
i) They can take GMAT(scores of two years old with required cut off) Or
ii) Should have qualified UGC-CSIR-JRF/NET (scores not older than 5
years) in relevant area of specialisation. Or
iii) GATE (scores not older than 5 years) OR
iv) ICAR JRF (scores not older than 5 years) OR
v) FRI entrance test for PhD (two years old)or
vi) Candidates who have already obtained a PGDFM/PGDM from IIFM/IIM with a minimum of OGPA of 3.00 can apply directly.
vii) Candidates who have obtained MRM from IIFM with 3.00 CGPA.
viii) All India and allied services officers, officers in scale II of Nationalized Bank, officers of equivalent rank of PSU
ix) The candidates who fulfil the required eligibility given above and do not have any of the above qualifying tests, but have five years experience post their respective eligible degree shall be called for the internal test, designed by IIFM.
B. Interview and Personal Discussions Candidate will be called to Bhopal for interview and personal discussion, as per the screening criteria decided by the IIFM.
C. Final selection will be based on criteria as decided from time to time by the Institute.
D. The students will be admitted in a specific area of specialization related to the existing faculty areas of the Institute.
E. At present maximum eight students can be admitted each year.
The FPM application form and bulletin from IIFM will be despatched to the candidates soon after receiving their requests alongwith the required application fee. IIFM will not be responsible for any postal delay or loss. If a candidate, after having made a request to IIFM with the requisite money, does not receive the application form, she/he may enquire about it through Phone, Fax or E-mail.
