Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) BCom/MCom

SMU (Sikkim Manipal University) is the result of distinctive partnership between Manipal Education and Government of Sikkim. Established in the year 1995, it is first government-private program in this region. It was organized with objective of offering best in the education for the students. SMU is accepted by the UGC (University Grants Commission) and accepted by Government of India. 

Its beautiful campus is situated in the Majitar and Rangpo, among the pretty settings of the River Teesta as well as Kanchendzonga mountains. It multitudes the second biggest hospital of Sikkim, offering healthcare to masses. Its medical campus organizes courses on the pharmacy, medical, nursing, and allied health whereas technology campus has management, and engineering courses, Applied Sciences and Twinning Programs.

B.Com/M.Com Courses

SMU (Sikkim Manipal University) provides these different B.Com/M.Com courses.

B.Com (Information Systems)

Eligibility: The candidate needs to have 10+2, corresponding, or 3 years of Diploma from the State Board of Technical Education. 

Duration: The minimum duration is 3 years with 6 semesters. The maximum duration is 6 years. 

Fee: The fee is Rs. 7,950/- for every semester (inclusive Rs. 800/- Exam Fee & Rs. 100/-Alumni) and revised time to time.

B.Com

Eligibility: The candidate needs to complete 10 + 2 or equivalent. 

Duration: The minimum duration is 3 years with 6 semesters. The maximum duration is 4 years. 

Fee: Rs. 2600/- for every semester including Rs. 600/- Exam Fee and Rs.100/- Alumni Fee, which is changeable time to time 

M.Com

Eligibility: The applicant needs to have completed 3 years graduation. 

Duration: The course duration is minimum 2 years with 4 semesters and maximum duration of 4 years.

Fee: The fee is Rs. 3100/- for every semester including Rs.600/- exam fee and Rs.100/-
