Delhi University (DU) Offers Foreign Language courses. Courses offered are BA (honours) in French, German, Italian and Spanish. Job opportunities are alos bright in this sector and many students opted for these language courses.
Department of Germanic and Romance Studies offers these 4 graduate courses:
BA (honours) in French,
BA (honours) in German,
BA (honours) in Italian and
BA (honours) in Spanish
Admission will be based on merit with 70% weightage given to the Class XII marks and 30% to the performance in the entrance test.
No prior knowledge of any foreign language is required to apply for these courses at the undergraduate level.
About DU
The University of Delhi is a central university situated in Delhi, India and is funded by Government of India. Established in 1922, it offers courses at the undergraduate and post-graduate level. Vice-President of India Mohammad Hamid Ansari is the Chancellor of the university. It has been ranked 371 in the whole world in the year 2010 by the THES - QS world universities ranking.
