About The University

Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) is one of the India’s oldest University which was established as Not-for-profit base. University locates at Andhra Pradesh and functioning since 1984. This University offers various Bachelor and Degree courses including B. Tech. which is stands for Bachelor of Technology. Universities B. Tech courses are available in different branches like Biotechnology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The duration of B. Tech program is four years which have the eight semesters and it’s a full time program.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for admission for the B. Tech. Program are, aggregate 60% and above in 12th class with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English subject. Direct admissions are also available which needs aggregate 75% and above marks in 12th. Students who have 60% to 75% marks will be admitting through the base of entrance examination scores. EE/AIEEE/BITSAT/State level entrance test scores are eligible for the admission process. If the candidate is found not eligible for the admission after the admission process, that candidate’s admission will be canceled. The decision of University about admission is final.

Assignments

Assignments are very important for the internal evaluation and for the grading of the marks. Assignments are based on the practices, and to be done by the students at a time of practices.

Projects

Projects are very important for the detail study and also very helpful for the students to improve the practical knowledge and working skills. All students are necessary to do demo (Models) projects with the help of concern teachers. Unique and innovative topics for the projects are always welcome by the Institute and can get special appreciation.

About the University

Indraprastha University was established in 1998. The Indraprastha University was established under the act of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha. The founder of University was the Government of NCT. The university has affiliation with AICTE. More than 100 collages are comes under this university. The university has the campus area of 60 acres. More than 56,000 students are pursuing different course in University. University offers different programmes like B. Tech, M. Tech, M. Sc, BCA, BBA, MBA, MBBS and BHMS etc. Indraprastha University is going to start the admission process for B. Tech for the academic year.

Eligibility:

The candidate should have passed Senior School Certificate Examination of C.B.S.E. or Indian School Certificate Examination of council for I.S.C.E. and securing minimum 60% marks or more than that in the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. Or the candidate should have passed State Diploma Examination of three or four years. The minimum aggregate 55% marks are required for open student and for 45% marks for reserved category students. Common Entrance Exam test scores are should be considered for the admission.

Qualifying Criteria:

The selection of students is strictly based on the Entrance Examination and base on merit. Particular student’s awards in sports, cultures are also consider while admission (Valid certificate is required.).

Candidates requires the following documents for apply the admission process. Attested and Original copies are necessary for the admission.

- Class 12th mark sheet.

- School Leaving Certificate of respective institute. 

- Birth Certificate.

- Domicile Certificate.

- Cast Certificate if student belong from reserved category.  

- Other Certificates (if required).
