About the Institute
Established in 1973 the Management Development Institute located at Gurgaon is one of the top ten business schools in India. The Management Development Institute has a large campus of over thirty seven acres and is closely located to the IGI Airport, New Delhi. Eligibility
Candidates applying for the PGP IM or PGP HR or PGPM course need to have at least a three years bachelor’s degree (with a minimum of 50% marks) from any well recognized university. Students appearing for their final exams can also apply for the course under provisional eligibility and need to submit a copy of their degree by the month of October. In addition candidates also need to appear for the CAT examination as the CAT scores are required to shortlist the candidates.

Application Process
Applicants can obtain the information brochure and application form online through MDI’s website or though the admission counter at MDI Gurgaon campus. The cost of the form is Rs. 1600 if paid in cash or else Rs. 1750 if paid by Demand draft. The Demand draft should be payable at New Delhi and in the favor of Management Development Institute. All payments made are non refundable. After filling the application form applicants need to mail them to the admission office of MDI Gurgaon. Candidates are short listed based upon their CAT scores and called upon for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.  Successful candidates are then offered admission.
