Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is one of the prestigious universities which are situated in New Delhi. This University is basically act as research centre especially for MPhil and PhD in various streams. It offers these courses along with undergraduate courses through various school and its centers. This University has some of the beautiful scenic view of bird and animal sanctuary. The students union who are affiliated under this University organize free coaching classes for JNU aspirants for entrance exam.

There are various courses offered such as:

• Diploma courses
• Post graduate degree courses
• Research level courses
The certificate course which is offered are of different foreign languages. Other than certificate course it offers various Postgraduate courses like M.A, M.Sc, MCA, and M.Tech in computer science and biology. In the research courses it offers various doctorate level courses and other master’s courses.
Eligibility:
Candidate who wants to pursue M.Phil from this university should have master’s degree with a 60 % of marks in political science and history. Candidate seeking admission for M.A in history the candidate must have degree certificate with 50 % of marks. Candidate who wants to seek admission in M.A in ARTS he/she should have degree certificate with 50%.
Candidate who completed their graduation programs are also eligible for post-graduation programs and also who are currently appearing for Graduation are also eligible.
Admission procedure:
The application form for the admission is issued in the month of January and February. The entrance exam is held in the month of May. Candidates who get qualified in the entrance exam are being called for PI and then they are registered for admission.
Foreign students have to go appear for entrance exam to get eligible for the admission. Student must carry their VISA and medical certificate approved by any medical institute in India.
