University Of Hyderabad Admission 

University Of Hyderabad is a research and postgraduate teaching institute of the nation. It was established as a central university in the year 1974 under the act of the parliament.  It also offers distance-learning program to those students who cannot attain regular classes or left higher education due to financial problems.  University Of Hyderabad is the member of AIU (Association of Indian Universities), ACU (Association of Commonwealth Universities) and ICDE (International Council for Distance Education).  Under the UGC scheme, ASC (Academic Staff College) was functioning on the university since 1988 to improve the level of teaching in university and colleges. The college organizes orientation program for faculty members of the university. Very recently, the university has occupied number one spot competing with other universities across the nation.

The university is located at GachiBowli, 20 Km away from the city Hydrabad. The campus is nearly 2300 acres. Within the campus, a center for folk culture studies was built with the financial aid from ford foundation and the great school of Sarojini Naidu functions from the campus itself.

University offers various PG courses like M.Sc, M.B.A, M.C.A, M.A, M.Tech in various field of study.  Recently university inaugurated UG courses as well.  They offer scholarship to those students who score high marks, under privilege and physically handicapped students.  University also provides help in the placements by inviting various eminent companies in the university.

In May 1999 university started School of management Studies, it is approved by AICTE. It offers two-year full time MBA programme and a Ph.D programme in Management education. For admission in Management programme has to appear in Common Admission Test (CAT) and must score good grades in it then only they can think of taking admission on to it. Numerous cultural activities are held throughout the year on the campus. Festivals like Diwali and Dussera are celebrated with immense joy and happiness.
