JNU State Government FellowshipsJawaharlal Nehru University was founded by India’s first lady Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi after the death of Jawaharlal Nehru. JNU was located in southern part of New Delhi, India. The university campus covers around 1000 acres area. In several location of university have various birds and animals which make the campus an urban sanctuary. JNU provide free coaching facility to the student. Jawaharlal Nehru University also offers fellowship programme at the state level for the schools. There are certain terms and condition for this fellowship programme. The conditions are mention as follows. The candidate who wants to do this fellowship must have to devote his full time for the research and study at the University for the Approved Fellowship Topic. The fellow candidate should not accept any other salary or stipend from any other organization or source during the period of fellowship. If candidate wants to give any other examination other than JNU, then the candidate must have to take the permission from the authority of Jawaharlal Nehru University. If the candidate breaks any rule of the fellowship than he shall be terminated from the fellowship and not able to do any kind of research work from the University. The duration of the fellowship is one year and candidate does good progress than the time period can increase from two years to four years. JNU and the concern state government provides all kind of facilities for the fellow for helping him in the research work. The application for the fellowship is obtained by the application form which is available at the administration office of the Jawaharlal Nehru University or can be downloaded from the website of the JNU.
