Gautam Buddha University Admission 
In the year, 2002 Gautam Buddha University commenced its first academic session. It is a public university situated in Uttar Pradesh for postgraduate studies. University has lavishing green campus at greater Noida having 511 acres of land. Kukreja Associates, New Delhi, have designed the entire campus. Recently Noida has successfully hosted Common Wealth Games 2010. Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh is the chancellor of the university. University provides on-campus housing facilities to about 5000 students and on-campus housing to faculty members, staff and married employees. Teaching and administrative staff can also avail the facility of on-campus house.  In the campus, it has auditorium, gymnasium, indoor, outdoor athletic center, and an Olympic sized swimming pool.
  
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNOIDA) and the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) funded the University. University offers flawless growth to its students via its proper education and training. University focuses on developing a sense of responsibility in the youngsters and motivates them to harness their respective skills for developing a dependable, dynamic and for continuous growth of the country. Quest for knowledge and intellectual excellence makes Gautam Buddha University a separate entity.
The aim of the university is to become excellent center in education and to cater under privileged, financially challenged and backward people of the society. The academic programmes are designed in collaboration with the best universities of the world combining classroom teaching with experimental learning and practical learning.  
Since beginning, university has five schools School of Management, School of Information & Communication Technology, School of Engineering, School of Information & Communication Technology and School of Humanities & Social Sciences. Gautam Buddha University is also planning to establish three new schools in near future which will be School of Buddhist Studies & Civilization,School of Applied Sciences, School of Planning & Development Studies and School of Law, Justice & Empowerment.
