Eligibility for the MH-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) 

For MBBS 

The student must be Indian citizen. Student must have passed the SSC or equivalent exam from Maharashtra. The candidate also must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate or counterpart exam in one attempt from institution positioned in Maharashtra state with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.  A candidate from the open category has to obtain minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English together at HSC or counterpart exam. A candidate from backward classes has to obtain minimum of 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English together in HSC or counterpart exam.

Course duration is 4 ½ years having 9 semesters. 

For MD/MS

There are some diverse eligibility requirements in case:

You have passed the MBBS from recognized medical college inside Maharashtra or you have passed the MBBS from recognized medical college exterior to Maharashtra.
