About the Institute

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan founded the SP Jain Institute of Management in 1981 at Andheri in Mumbai. S P Jain Institute of management is amongst South Asia’s top ten Business schools. SP Jain Management Institute is an autonomous management institute with entrepreneurial agility.

The SP Jain Management Institute offers two programs, viz, PGDM which is a 2 years full time program and PGPM which is a 11 month full time program.

All the programs cater to the current requirements of the industry. These courses ensure the students are taught general management while being expertised in their specific fields.

Eligibility
Applicants for the PGDM course need to have a three years bachelor’s degree (with a minimum of 50% marks) from any well recognized university. Applicants for the PGPM program need to have five years of work experience in addition to the three years degree. Students appearing for their final exams can also apply for the course provided they submit a copy of their degree at the time of admission is offered. Candidates also need to appear for the CAT or GMAT or XAT examination as these scores are required to shortlist the candidates.

Application Process
All applications are done online S P Jain Institute of Management website. Applicants need to pay Rs 1200 as application processing fee. This payment can be done through cash over counter or demand draft or Net Banking or credit card. Cash over counter facility is available at Erudite, selected branches of Career Launcher, T.I.M.E. Pvt ltd, Career Forum, Cerebral Heights and IMS Learning Resources Pvt Ltd centers. All payments made are non refundable. Candidates are short listed based upon their CAT scores and called upon for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.  Successful candidates are then offered admission. The fees for the course are four lakh rupees. Financing options are available through leading banks like SBI, Union Bank of India, etc.
