AIMA MAT Notification Management Aptitude Test Date Form Eligibility

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) (Conducted by AIMA)

The MAT (Management Aptitude Test) is organized by AIMA (All India Management Association) to give admissions to the interested candidates in post graduate management programs which is given by a lot of management institutes of India.  MAT exam is organized four times every year. 

Candidates may appear in this exam through two ways.

1. Offline Method (Paper- pencil test) 

2. Online Method (Computer based test) 

Eligibility criteria

Candidates appearing in the MAT examination need to be graduates in one discipline from a recognized board/university. Students, giving the last year’s exam are also adequate to apply to this Management Aptitude Test.

Application procedure

Candidates may apply to the MAT exam via two procedures:

Online procedure 

Application forms may be downloaded via the official website. Dully filled form needs to be sent with the necessary documents at the Director, AIMA (All India Management Association), at New Delhi.

Offline procedure

Candidates may either obtain the MAT form straight from AIMA counter in Delhi or through selected branches of BOB (Bank of Baroda). After application form is dully filled in, it needs to be sent to mentioned address through post. It should be accompanied through two self addressed covers. Candidates may also get the forms via post. They need to send the request letter to the Director of AIMA at New Delhi with the DD of appropriate fee. As the exam is organized 4 times every year, exam centers can also change every time. So fees rate for application form may vary accordingly. 

Filling the application form

A few things which the candidates must keep in mind:

• Read instructions carefully from prospectus. 

• Candidate should fill in application form in the block letters only. 

• Candidates should keep the challan from bank where student had paid the fee. 

• Challan of cash payment need be kept safely. 

• Candidates need to paste the recent photos in space given. 

• Candidates need to give their signature in the space given. 

• Candidates need to make sure that they had given their address as well as phone number on back side of DD.
