Presidency College Kolkata M.Sc. Admission
Formerly Presidency College was known as the Hindu Collage. It was founded in the year of 1817 as Hindu Collage after that it was renamed as the Presidency College. In the 1855 college came under the control of Government. Presidency College offers both under graduate and post graduate programmes. Collage has A+ grading from the NAAC. Presidency College is one of the best science collages available in the Kolkata. Presidency collage has around 14.5 acres of campus area which is located in Kolkata, West Bengal. Collage has decent amenities with different buildings at campuses for different purposes like for the Library, Canteen, Laboratories, Gymkhana etc.
Eligibility for the M. Sc. Admission:
For getting the admission in the M. Sc. programme candidates must have to complete B.Sc. or graduation in any concern faculty from the Kolkata University or any other recognized University in India. Candidates must be of Indian domicile for the admission. The candidates who are from outside of India, have to submit valid documents for the admission.
Admission Procedure:
For the admission in the M.Sc, interested candidates are required to undergo through the entrance examination of the University. This entrance examination is carried out on the national level. Candidates must have to score decent total for getting the admission in the University. This examination is generally carried out in the month of June. Examination centers will be in the most common cities in India for the convenience of the students. The application forms are available on the website of the University or one can obtain it from the admission office.
