Osmania University

Osmania University  is a one of the famous universities located in Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. The University was founded in the year 1918. Osmania is a name came after the founder Mir Osman Ali Khan, the Last Nizam of Hyderabad. Not merely that, it is one of the Inida’s oldest modern universities. And it has a very special feature that is this is the first Indian University to hold Urdu as a medium of education. Being one of the largest Universities, it holds about 300,000 students that include all campuses and colleges.
