Sri Ramaswamy Memorial University is popularly known as SRM University, it is a one of the top private University in India. Being one of the oldest universities in India, Punjab University is spread over 550 acres of land area. The University was established in 1882 at Lahore which is now in Pakistan. Bangalore University is a one of the oldest universities located in Bangalore, India. This public university was established in the year 1886 as the Central College, by the British Government. Later, it was named as the Bangalore University by the UGC on July 10, 1964.
