Gujarat University
The University of Gujarat is one of the oldest Universities in India as it was established in the 1949, 23rd November. With National Assessment and Accreditation Council’s B++ ranking, the Gujarat University is affiliated to more than 250 colleges and 15 recognized institutions. The head quarter of this University is located at Ahmedabad with the land area of 260 acres. Being one of the preferred University, it holds more than 2,00,000 students.
The main campus of the Gujarat University is situated in Navrangpura of Ahmedabad city. Moreover, the campus of Gujarat University is not adhered at one area, instead it is spread all over Ahmedabad city as its affiliated institutes and colleges are spread across the city, such as Kaira, Sabarkantha, Banaskantha, Panchmahals, and Vadodara.
One of the important features of the Gujarat University is the external examinations system for all faculties including Arts and Commerce, under-graduate and post-graduate levels. These external examinations are very much appreciated by the public as it helps the students who are in working status and the others like who are in the stage to afford high fee for education to proceed this education. This systems helps the poor students to fulfill their education dream.
